ACADEMIC ETHOS

In our school emphasis is laid on learning by doing  from the environment combining moral philosophies with different subjects in the curriculum.

We Embrace the Principle of “EVERY CHILD MATTERS”

At Springdales, education is looked upon as a holistic learning experience, helping each child to develop those attributes and qualities which will make him/her a self-reliant citizen and a fine human being, socially aware and humanistic, compassionate and kind, having pride in his country and belief in the concept of national and international brotherhood and peace, a person ready to work as an agency of change for building a more socially just and equitable society.

Logo and Motto

The motto of the school arises in the action ion 50th shloka of the second chapter of the “Shrimad Bhagwat Gita” which signifies the meaning of the foundation schoo. The meaning of the motto lies in the fact that the real perfection in the action is attained when it is performed with the utmost concentration. This ultimate degree of perfection is only possible if there is a calm resignation for the result of the action or “Karma”.

There are many ways in which the ethos and philosophy promoted, through various activities in the school as National and International competitions and programmes.

We aim to meet the educational needs and expectations of our students and aspire to provide those opportunities needed to develop their full potential. We ensure that we develop children’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural understanding through our special curriculum based programmes. We promote self awareness, commitment, and liberty through discipline. In this atmosphere children learn values, respect for elders and perform their activities sincerely with their full potential. We create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where the curriculum is creative, inspirational and relevant to the children’s present needs and future aspirations.
